Ventnor No. 7311
Kim and her team at Ventnor No. 7311 really press in on a market that is brewing with average. With small batch baking, hand concocted brews and real community involvement through their cooperative support with Reed’s Farm, they bring out the best of the island by being the example. Believing in their ethic we proudly include them in our weekly bakes to provide their customer with the added benefit of access to our breads.
Pine Barrens Post
Bee keepers, duck egg hunters, bottle finders, camp crusaders, small house aficionados, Pineland Cultural Ambassadors; these Pineys do it all. But that’s what South Jersey is all about. In a land that didn’t even ask if time forgot it. We’re always looking to see what joy they’re going to repurpose next.
Campe Studio
Linda Taylor’s eye and lens have captured so many moments in our experience here that we have started to believe that we’re doing a good job. Her ability with her camera and tools takes our simple craft and elevates it to art. If she continues to represent South Jersey with such grace we just might become more than the terroir of the Parkway and Expressway.
Walking Bird Farm
Long standing collaborators and friends the LaMonacas truly stand out in a landscape littered with the good intentions of “collaboration”. Having worked together through many times, good and some not so good, Walking Bird Farm has always placed the product, and the good it can do, at the root of their business. Without the tenacity of the Walking Bird Farm our little portion of South Jersey would be a little less wholesome and green. No day better than getting goods in fresh from their farm.
Offering Coffee
Offering Coffee provides a lovely bag of roasted beans to us as needed. Every bag produced is prepared specifically for the customer who appreciates a quality cup of coffee. Sourcing beans to roast in-house from around the world, Offering Coffee treats each new crop with an appropriate roast to ensure that the quality and breath of the coffee is as it should be.
In addition to our perennial partners, we are continuously reaching out to participate with businesses and organizations that have comparable intentions and practices. We enjoy candid conversations to explore the possibilities and opportunities that unite us in this moment and place to provide the best for all of us.
